Accompanied by her new boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, the twerk-queen put on her most fun psychedelic ensem, but it didn’t take long for it to get covered in cake!
That’s right, Miz Cyrus stood right in the middle of her cake, which looked like a pizza, and rubbed the sweet treat on partygoers.
And did we mention she rode a mechanical bull dick???
