All of this wild behavior from Creed‘s Scott Stapp just keeps getting crazier!
Scott’s wife, Jaclyn, and his sister-in-law placed a call to 9-1-1 call asking for help from law enforcement after the 41-year-old vocalist was bicycling around his Florida neighborhood shirtless, carrying two backpacks full of tools and 400-600 pages of printed CIA documents.

According to the call, Stapp believes he is a targeted CIA agent whose mission is to assassinate President Obama.
The singer left a mental facility late last month and is “off drugs”, but according to his wife, he is “going crazy” and continues to exhibit symptoms of paranoia and schizophrenia.
When law enforcement arrived, they determined that the Creed frontman did not show enough signs of mental instability to warrant a psych hold.
As we reported, over the past few weeks, Stapp has exhibited a variety of extremely odd behaviors. After reportedly being placed on a psych hold for drug-induced paranoia, he posted a video on Facebook claiming the IRS froze his bank account for making statements against Obama.
Although Jaclyn has filed for divorce, she said in the 9-1-1 call:

“I stood by him because we know he’s ill├óΓé¼┬ª I love him and we want to see him get better├óΓé¼┬ª the only way he’s going to stop is when he hits his rock bottom.”
