Well this was a long time coming!
On December 12, Nick Cannon filed for divorce from Mariah Carey which means their marriage is officially DONE.

The filing date is interesting because it happened just a week after Mariah’s phone call with a divorce lawyer caused her to show up extremely late to the Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony.
Even though we’re not shocked by the filing, it’s still sad. Although we’re sure not surprised that all this came BEFORE her big Vegas announcement. Gotta keep that financial gain separate!
At least the pair is finally moving on!
