We’ve heard a lot of reasons to have plastic surgery├óΓé¼┬ª but this definitely takes the cake!
In an article for Life & Style‘s latest issue, Shahs Of Sunset star Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi shows off her artificially enhanced breasts and buttocks.

However, her motive for getting a nip and tuck isn’t out of vanity├óΓé¼┬ª she claims it’s because of a medical illness!
The reality TV star says she has rheumatoid arthritis, which has done a number on her body.
She even posted her magazine spread on Instagram with a caption detailing that she’s being 100% honest about the work she’s done:

The notorious hothead further elaborates her decision, asserting that her condition has left her figure out of proportion.
The 33-year-old says:
“Because of my condition, my weight fluctuated so much and it made my boobs saggy├óΓé¼┬ª I used to be a 34B and now I’m a 34D! I love that I have sideboob now.”
In getting her brand new booty, she admits that she did so by redistributing her body’s fat:
“I was holding a lot of weight in my back and my sides. So I got lipo laser├óΓé¼┬ª The doctor took out every ounce of fat that he could├óΓé¼┬ªand he put it in my hips and my booty.”
Instead of wielding a knife, GG went under it!
Wonder if they’ll address this on the new season of Shahs airing March 2 at 10/9c?!
