The last time Nashville went on tour in real life, two of its biggest stars — Connie Britton and Hayden Panetierre — didn’t join in.
When you’re a big star, you’re often pulled in many directions at once, and sometimes you just can’t go on tour.

And this time is no exception…
…but we’ll let Ryan Murphy make the huge announcement for her! The American Horror Story creator tweeted:
Excited to announce my friend Connie Britton will play Faye Resnick in the upcoming FX miniseries The People v. O.J. Simpson.

Wow! Congrats, girl! That’s a big role!
Faye was friends with Nicole Brown Simpson, O.J.‘s wife he murdered was accused of murdering.

So Nashville is going on tour with Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Charles Esten, Aubrey Peeples and Lennon and Maisy Stella.
They’re doing an eight-city concert tour! It’ll start April 29th in New York and end May 10th in Phoenix, Arizona.
We bet the tour will be amazing but we also bet Connie is gonna be great in the O.J. biopic!! Can’t wait to see it!
