We’re glad he came around!
Fox anchor Chris Wallace came under fire for comments that he made on Friday about Kelly Clarkson‘s weight on The Mike Gallagher Show, essentially fat-shaming her.

It didn’t take long for him to make a statement, apologizing for what he said:
“I sincerely apologize to Kelly Clarkson for my offensive comment. I admire her remarkable talent and that should have been the focus of any discussion about her.”
We’re still waiting on an apology from Gallagher though. He started the whole thing by harshly asking, “Have you seen Kelly Clarkson? You know the singer, Kelly Clarkson? Holy cow, did she blow up.”
To which Wallace replied, “Really? Do we want to talk about some of your friends? Kelly Clarkson’s got a lovely voice. She could stay off the deep dish pizza for a little while.”
How about everyone just stop talking about Kelly’s weight altogether? That would make a ton of sense, wouldn’t it? She had a baby, and she’s happy with how she is.
