Who says you need to go through a breakup to get a dramatic new ‘do?
Kate Hudson decided to part ways with her luscious locks on the set of her new movie, The Long Night.

The actress took to Instagram Thursday to post a pic (above) of her new look mid-chop. She captioned the snap:
“First day on set of new film and they’re going to town on my hair! ├ó┼ôΓÇÜ├»┬╕┬Å├ó┼ôΓÇÜ├»┬╕┬Å Ah!!!!!#TheLongNight”
Her stylist David Babaii sealed her hair’s fate, bringing the actress’ beautiful tresses to a shoulder-length bob.
He’s also the same person who designed the gorgeous updo that she rocked for the Met Gala on Monday.
