The only thing going under the knife are these rumors!
Many have speculated that Kim Zolciak-Biermann has had a nip and tuck, and frankly, the reality TV star is over it!
Recently, a gossip site did a gallery where top plastic surgeons looked through the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s Instagram page and critiqued what work the Bravolebrity has had done.

And they came to the conclusion that the blonde beauty got a ‘full face lift’!
After one of her many followers brought this to the Don’t Be Tardy personality’s attention, the 37-year-old shot back on Twitter!
She wrote:
This is ridiculous! Top doctors my ass! I have not had surgery on my face period!!!! https://t.co/P2hZbR0WA7

While the Florida native denies getting a full facial reconstruction, she has admitted to getting some cosmetic alterations.
In 2009, she told InTouch Weekly:
“I do Botox…I started getting Botox when I was 25 for migraines. I recommend that to anybody.”
Furthermore, in a 2014 episode of her spinoff show, she admitted:
“So it’s been three weeks since I had my surgery, my boobs are perky, my stomach is super tight. It feels like I’m 20 again├óΓé¼┬ª I look f–king amazing.”
However, Kim insists her face is, more or less, her own!
