Report: Charleston Shooter Is Caught Alive In North Carolina

CNN is reporting that the Charleston shooter Dylann Roof has been caught, according to a senior law enforcement official.
The report revealed that his car was spotted by a concerned citizen in Shelby, North Carolina, and subsequently he was caught at a traffic stop. According to a source, the gunman went without resistance.
