Jennifer Westfeldt looks like she has the break-up blues!
Following Jen’s September split from her partner of 18 years Jon Hamm, the actress was seen walking the couple’s dog in New York City on Wednesday.

In the pic, Westfeldt looks subdued and even a bit tired as she watches her dog frolic amongst the fall leaves.
Aw. At least the 45-year-old is getting some fresh air!
Hopefully the two will be able to remain friends despite the break-up — Jon did thank Jennifer in his Emmys speech, after all!
