In case you forgot, North West‘s parents purchased the starter home back in 2013 for $9 million and spent $2 million to renovate it — though they haven’t actually lived in the “humble” abode as the Kardashian/West clan have jumped between Kris Jenner‘s residence and their Hidden Hills, CA love nest.

Sources claim the powerhouse duo will likely make their asking price — and could potentially get even more dollar bills since the home is in such a hot part of El Lay! Color us jealous.
