Drake Bell is in trouble!
A report revealed on Wednesday that the actor has officially been charged with a DUI after getting pulled over last month in Glendale, California!
The L.A. County District Attorney charged the scandalized star with a misdemeanor because of the arrest, when he was allegedly swerving and going 20 miles above the speed limit, and even refused to have his blood-alcohol levels checked.

But since this isn’t the first time the 29-year-old has gotten busted for driving under the influence, the Drake & Josh alum could actually face jail time!
The California native was also charged for the offense in San Diego in 2009. So, he’s looking at four days behind bars — minimum — and a suspended license.
Ouch!
