Should’ve known this was coming!
Following a recap from last night’s Emmys on Good Morning Britain on Monday, Piers Morgan took the opportunity to jab at Taylor Swift‘s highly-publicized split from Tom Hiddleston.
This all comes just as the 35-year-old insists he’s on good terms with the pop star and has reportedly already set his eyes on the stunning Priyanka Chopra.
While joking around with co-host Susanna Reid, the controversial journalist referred to the Thor actor’s infamous “I heart T.S.” tank from Tay’s Fourth of July soiree when discussing rumors that the couple called it quits because Taylor didn’t want go to the awards show on Tom’s arm.

Piers quipped:
“I was told she refused to do it unless he wore an I love Taylor Swift T Shirt … You will do that Tom or, we’re finished. We are FINISHED!”
And as Susanna admitted the whole thing was “so awks,” the 51-year-old added:
“Sending LOL to everyone involved.”
