It was just three weeks ago that Danielle Campbell wished her “love” Louis Tomlinson a happy birthday with a kissy picture on Instagram (above)… but now the Internet seems to think the couple has called it quits!

So here’s what happened… pictures surfaced on Twitter of the 21-year-old holding hands with someone who WASN’T the One Directioner while leaving a party on New Years — and commenters seem to believe the unidentified male is actually Gregg Sulkin!

Now we can’t confirm if that’s actually the Faking It star in the photos, but there is video footage proving the two were together on NYE (but Danielle kissed two other girls when the clock struck midnight):
