Katy Perry is getting real on her four-day long livestream right now, going so far as to stream her therapy sessions and reveal more about personal struggles with alcohol, depression, and her relationship with her parents.

The 32-year-old star at one point was having a conversation with Dr. Siri Sat Nam Singh, a celebrity psychologist, when Perry began to cry and open up about her thoughts of depression — and even suicide.
Katy said at one point (below):
“I wrote a song about it. I feel ashamed that I would have those thoughts, feel that low and that depressed. You can be right or you can be loved. I just want to be loved.”
Wow.
Her team at one point tries to get her to stop talking about such personal stuff on camera, but Katy refused — she clearly wanted her fans to know all of this, as it’s part of a really real livestream.
Powerful.
