Her Madgesty was taken to the hospital on Saturday after suffering a horse-riding accident in Long Island, NY.
The Queen of Pop was only suffered “minor injuries and bruises” and was released from the hospital the same day.
Madonna’s publicist, Liz Rosenberg, says that she had been thrown off a horse that had been startled by paparazzi. “The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend,” a statement read.
M’s rep claims that photos jumped out of the bushes to snap Madonna, thus spooking the horsey.
This is Madge’s second horse-riding accident. In 2005, Madonna broke several bones while horse-riding ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ cracking three ribs and breaking her collarbone.
Thankfully nothing more serious happened this time!
