As the only book on display in the pics, it seems like it was a very thoughtful decision to include it in the artwork. Chrissy even took to Twitter about it on Thursday, writing:

Knowing POTUS has blocked her on Twitter, it seems like shade.
That or whoever placed it in the images is trolling Trump, as you can also see a bowl of oranges in front of her book in both shots. LOLz!
