We can’t wait to see what Donald Trump has to tweet about this.
According to Senator Tom Carper of Delaware, White House chief economic adviser, Gary Cohn, recently faked a bad connection to get POTUS off the phone. Baaahaha.
Apparently Trump called from Asia in the middle of a meeting of Democratic senators discussing tax reform. After 15 minutes, Carper suggested Cohn say their losing contact so that they could get back to business.

Carper recalled telling Cohn:
“Gary why don’t you do this, just take the phone from, you know, your cellphone back and just say, ├óΓé¼╦£Mr. President, you’re brilliant! But we’re losing contact, and I think we’re going to lose you now, so goodbye.'”
And that’s what Cohn did. Burn.
Watch Carper throw Cohn under the bus on CNN (below)!
