Johnny Depp SUED For Allegedly Punching Crew Member On Movie Set!

When we first heard claims of domestic abuse against Johnny Depp, it was truly shocking.
But so much we’ve seen since then has painted a picture of that Johnny. Not the sexy, eccentric artist but a bitter, violent hard-drinker.
Two months ago we heard more accusations against the actor, this time from the set of LAbyrinth, a film about the Biggie Smalls murder investigation.
An insider claimed a location manager confronted the Pirates of the Caribbean star about going over schedule — and Johnny got in his face and even took a swing.

Now that location manager, Gregg “Rocky” Brooks, is taking his claim to court!
According to TMZ, Brooks’ story is almost exactly in line with what we’d previously heard, only instead of minimal contact Johnny full-on punched him in the gut. Twice.
Brooks confirms he didn’t react at all, which does seem odd. Was it a pantomime punch? Or is he saying it was just that weak?? Brooks also claims he could smell the alcohol on Depp’s breath. Hmm.
For his trouble, Brooks is seeking unspecified damages. What do YOU think about this suit??
