Demi Lovato is back on Instagram!
On Tuesday, the Sorry Not Sorry singer posted the (above) photo on social media urging her followers to vote in the midterm elections.

This is her first post since spending 90 days in rehab following her July overdose. She previously addressed her hospital stay in an August 5 message.
The musician added the caption:
“I am so grateful to be home in time to vote! One vote can make a difference, so make sure your voice is heard! now go out and #VOTE!!!!”
Over the weekend, Lovato was spotted hanging out with clothing designer/sober buddy Henry Levy in Los Angeles.
