Simon Cowell is teaming up with British retail billionaire Sir Phillip Green (owner of Top Shop) to create a global entertainment company to produce television programming on both sides of the Atlantic.

The pair have been besties for a while now, so here’s hoping that their new business venture doesn’t destroy that!
