Kim Kardashian Gets Blasted For Meeting With Inmate Kevin Cooper By Victim's Mother!

Not everyone is pleased with Kim Kardashian West‘s desire to promote prison reform.
After making it public she visited death row inmate Kevin Cooper in jail earlier this week, the KUWTK starlet is getting blasted by his alleged victim’s mother.

On Sunday, Mary Ann Hughes shared her disgust to TMZ about seeing the Twitter photos of Kim hugging Kevin after their meeting. She shared:

“It makes me feel sick to my stomach and I pity her. For what she’s doing to us, there’s nothing to justify what she’s doing to us, the immense pain she is causing us.”

“I had an emotional meeting with Kevin Cooper yesterday at San Quentin’s death row. I found him to be thoughtful and honest and I believe he is innocent of the crimes for which he was convicted. I am hopeful that Kevin will be exonerated since DNA testing has now been ordered on Kevin’s case and I remain grateful to Governor Newsom for ending capital punishment in California.”

Mary continued slamming the Kardashian, sharing:

“[Kim] obviously has not read all of the actual evidence – she has bought into half truths perpetrated by the defense. If she actually sat down and read the transcripts of all the trials and appeals, she would be sick to her stomach to be in the same room with him.”

For those who may not be aware, her 11-year-old son Christopher was killed during a sleepover at a neighbors home back in 1983. Cooper was accused of killing him with a hatchet, along with murdering the neighbors’ family Doug and Peggy Ryen, and their daughter Jessica.
The slain boy’s mother continued her criticism of the momma of four, dishing she believes Cooper’s lawyers “are using her for her reality show status because they can’t use the truth to try to help Kevin Cooper. The truth just condemns him.”

“She portrays herself as being for women’s rights and for the women’s movement and yet she is supporting a rapist and a murderer.”

Mary Ann also does not care for Kim to learn her side, saying the reality TV star “has not reached out to us. I would not even want to talk to her. My opinion of her is about as low as it goes because of what she’s putting my family through … dragging this through the press on a non-stop basis.”
Wow.
We’d love to hear how Kim K responds to this, especially as she shared on Twitter that she believes “he is innocent of the crimes for which he was convicted.”
As we previously reported, Donald Trump granted clemency to Alice Marie Johnson back in June, who was serving a life sentence for non-violent drug offenses, after Miz West campaigned for her freedom.
