It doesn’t look like Lori Loughlin is having the best weekend so far…
The former Full House star was spotted out and about on Saturday afternoon, hiding her face with her yoga mat as she left a fitness class in West Hollywood. As you can see (HERE), Lori wasn’t exactly excited to see the media following her — especially because her court case in the college admissions scandal continues to loom!

And it make sense, too — as you no doubt know, Loughlin opted NOT to take a plea deal, despite others (like Felicity Huffman Macy) who did. And it’s Huffman Macy who may wind up with the far lighter prison sentence and the far easier time dealing with the feds. It’s as if there’s something to say for telling the truth and owning up to sh*t early…
As we’ve been reporting, federal prosecutors involved in the college admissions bribery case against Felicity Huffman Macy are suggesting the actress serve only one month in prison, along with paying a $20,000 fine. According to court filings, prosecutors have decided the Desperate Housewives actress’ actions in the admissions scandal were “deliberate and manifestly criminal,” and thus, they argue, she ought to serve some prison time and pay a fine for penance.
Now, for Loughlin, on the other hand…
The 55-year-old actress recently asked her lawyer to get herself an alleged plea deal after all. Specifically, she’s hoping for a deal “that would involve no jail time, but home confinement with monitoring via ankle monitor,” according to a source close to the matter who spoke to Us Weekly about everything that’s going down.

Meanwhile, her husband Mossimo Gianulli is still reportedly standing firm in his not guilty plea. He still apparently wants to fight prosecutors over the charges and have his day in court, despite the overwhelming amount of evidence presented in the indictment. Whatever the case, it sure seems like high drama as justice continues to run its course!
