Priyanka Chopra‘s new husband is clearly feeling himself this week after posting pics to Twitter of his new cover shoot for Cigar Aficionado, which shows him with cigar in hand. But fans clearly aren’t as “pumped about this one” as the 26-year-old pop star seems to be — and they’re letting him have it on social media!

Jonas, perhaps the only Cigar Aficionado reader younger than 75, proudly posted a cover shot and then a second set of cigar photo shoot pics to the social network on Monday morning, as you can see (below):

Dude, Your Wife Has Asthma…
Maybe the biggest problem with the pop prince promoting smoking like this is the fact that his lovely bride has asthma!!! Priyanka tweeted about it almost exactly a year ago (below):

…And YOU Have Diabetes!
In case the Every Single Time singer forgot or something, he was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes as a kid, and first went public with his condition back in 2007.
In fact, we’re old enough to remember a few years ago when the pop performer claimed he wanted to make a difference for young people with diabetes! Is that true now, Nick?! Or do you just want to sell magazines???
We mention that because, according to WebMD, the nicotine found in cigars “can trigger your body to make more triglycerides, a type of fat linked to insulin resistance, and nicotine raises levels of hormones that fight insulin.”
Not great! And not smart! Especially not for a guy who nearly died of complications from diabetes at one point in his life!!!

It didn’t take long for admirers to blast the youngest JoBro for his cover shoot endorsement of smoking, either.
“Your wife has Asthama [sic],” one of the top commenters confirmed. “I hope you’re thoughtful enough to not smoke when she’s around.”
Another was more direct at the singer’s own health, writing, “gross and irresponsible as a singer and a human raised knowing the health risks but okay.” Wow!!!
