It’s about time!
Kelly Rutherford and ex Daniel Giersch have managed to put their differences aside for their two children – at least until the settlement can be renegotiated next year!
Under the agreement, Kelly and Daniel will both relocate from El Lay to New York from July 20th through April 5th while Gossip Girl is filming. The CW actress will reside in NYC while Giersch flees to the Hamptons.
We hope they make time to meet up for their mandatory co-parenting counseling sessions!!
They’ll need it, since neither party can travel outside of the state without agreement from the other.

We would like to see mommy and daddy get their shiz together!!!
