Balloon Boy's Dad Headed To Jail!

Richard Heene, the delusional conspiracy theorist behind Balloon Boy, has been sentenced to jail time!

Heene will be serving 90 days in jail, 60 of which will be part of a work-release program when the dummy hopes to work as a construction contractor to earn a few extra dollars.

Richard has also been placed on 4 years probation, as well as being barred from earning any $$$$ from the Balloon Boy hoax during the time of his probation.

In case you’d like to see the bad dad off, Heene will begin serving his sentence on January 11th.
