Oh Aaron Carter, you spoke too soon about your stint on Dancing with the Stars.
The cocky former singer stated back in September that he would be one of the final three dancers left and was definitely “going to win Dancing with the Stars.”
Unfortunately for Carter, he was kicked off this week! Left in the final four and heading into next week’s semi-finals are Mya, Donny Osmond, Joanna Krupa, and Kelly Osbourne.
As for Carter, he says he doesn’t regret a thing, because, well, DWTS forced him to grow up.
He revealed yesterday that, “I grew up on the show. There were a lot of epiphany moments and I learned a lot from [pro partner Karina Smirnoff].” Adding about Smirnoff that “It was almost like my father a little bit because my dad … taught me so many different things, but the way he did it, he only had to do it once. She did the same thing. When it came to learning something about me, she only had to say something one time.”
Even Kelly added that Aaron “grew up” on the show.
According to Kelly, “To come back week after week after week, after the things people said about him and kick butt the way that he did, he’s turned into a man and he should go away believing that. And he made me promise that we would always be friends and I said yes!”
Aww, friends forever? Totally grown up.
