Kansas City Chimp Adopted By Zoo

Well this is good news for the chimp that went on a rampage in a neighborhood in Kansas City.
Earlier, a 300lb chimp, Suko broke out of his owners house and terrorized the neighborhood in which he lived until the owner was able to coax him back into his cage.
Rather than be euthanized, Suko is being sent to the Kansas City Zoo to be introduced to the other chimps and begin living there.
This is great news – a house is certainly not adapted to accommodate a chimpazee, nor is a chimp fit to live in a house!
We’re happy that this outcome suits both the animal and those affected by his escape.
The alleged owner of the chimpanzee, Mark Archigo, has been cited for violating a law which prohibits the possession of any non-human primate within the city limits of Kansas City, Mo. If convicted, he faces a fine up to $500 and up to 180 days in jail.
Good! He shouldn’t have done something so dumb in the first place!
