Airports May Employ Bomb Sniffing Mice??

An Israeli company, BioExplorers, has been training mice to sniff out bombs and narcotics!
They want to send the rodents into airports to help with security!
No, they don’t plan on just letting tons of mice loose into airports├óΓé¼┬ª that sounds just awful.
What they want to do is have travelers walk through a small booth and mice in a nearby chamber would be able to sniff around the air to try and detect drugs and bombs.
The company’s founder said:

“They have a very developed sense of smell, more than that of dogs.”

The mice have apparently been doing really well in preliminary tests.
We think it’s kinda funny to have bomb sniffing mice but hey, if it’ll keep people safe, we’re all for it!
