Remember That Guy Who Walked In On His Wife Having Sex With His 15-Year-Old?! Stepson's Version Of Events Revealed...

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

Months after we learned of a 15-year-old boy being sexually abused by his 35-year-old stepmother, we’re hearing a bit about HIS recollection of the situation.

In April, news came to light that Florida nurse Alexis Von Yates was arrested after a shocking one-on-one night with her teen stepson. According to an affidavit, the pair were hanging out at home at around 11 p.m. last July playing video games, watching horror movies, and smoking a THC cartridge while Yates’ husband — the boy’s father — was working late as a lineman.

Things escalated after the movie got “boring.” Yates allegedly admitted she was “horny” and the two ultimately ended up having unprotected sex in the living room, which was in eyesight of the front door… Until the father returned home unexpectedly and caught them in the act!

SO awful.

The father reportedly whisked the boy away to his grandparents’ house but did NOT inform authorities of the abuse. It was another family member who tipped police and Yates was arrested four months later in November.

Such a wild situation… And such a sad one for the teen boy who was abused by his stepmother and then let down by his father who failed to report the predatory activity.

But after all these months, how does he feel? Well, that’s all just surfaced.

On May 30, an order by Fifth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy T. McCourt, which was obtained by Law & Crime, revealed details of a conversation the teen had with forensic interviewer Allie Munshi of Safe Shores children’s advocacy center. And the judge has ruled the conversation permissible for court because of everything said!

According to docs, the teen “appeared to be a particularly intelligent and mature young man” who “also appeared to be somewhat worldly and familiar with adult things.” They cited his use of the THC cartridge with Yates before they had sex and how he smoked marijuana “pretty much every day” while under his father and stepmother’s roof. They also noted his marijuana use has not “impacted his ability to recall the events that occurred in a material way” and called his recollection “highly detailed.”

The docs reveal the teen referred to the situation as “f**ked up” and admitted that he was “lovestruck” and “infatuated” with his stepmother. He also claimed his father wanted to “disown” him over the incident and revealed his own “anger” at his father for wanting to “cover it up.” In the court’s opinion, the teen’s statements “did contain certain descriptions that gave the statement the ‘ring of truth’” — they noted questions asked during the interview were “appropriate, open-ended, and non-leading” and the teen’s answers came “extemporaneously and without prompting” which they believe “weighs in favor of the statements reliability.”

The court noted he is “obviously competent to testify” and is able to clearly decipher the difference between reality and imagination. They also said his statement was not vague, adding “at one point that he felt he may have been being too detailed and that he did not want to make the interviewer uncomfortable.”

That’s so sad… Poor kid.

The court further found no evidence of “improper influence” or “coaching” behind his statements, adding he “did not shy away from making statements that would cast himself in a negative light” — like the marijuana use. All of this, in the court’s opinion, “bolsters the overall reliability of his statement and its contents.” McCourt added the teen could have “minimized these things — which he would have had motive and opportunity to do — but did not.”

So with all this being said, his statements WILL be presented in court during Yates’ trial, where she is charged with felony lewd or lascivious battery with a victim aged 12 to 16.

We hope this poor victimized teen finds the help necessary to move past the abuse he has suffered.
