She’s 9 months pregnant with her second child and actress Ali Landry is ready to POP!
As a working mom who wears many hats, Ali shares with our perezcious readers her “must have” essentials for a pregnant mama today.
Ali tells Perezitos.com exclusively:

“If you’re pregnant and juggling a job, household, other children, etc., the most important thing to remember is to take care of you! With so many people relying on us moms it’s imperative to keep up our energy during the day in addition to getting plenty of rest at night.
Every time I walk out the front door I make sure to bring snacks full of protein, fiber and vitamins. This helps keep up your energy but also helps to ensure a healthy pregnancy and in result, a healthy baby. Some of my favorite quick and easy snacks to take on the go are Vita Coco coconut water, Gatorade, almonds, bananas, string cheese and some sort of cracker.
I’ve been working on a new film so of course that means long hours. If you’re a working mom like me, pack a healthy lunch and drink as much water as possible during your day. It’s also helpful to bring something with sugar in it just in case your energy dips down a little. I like Gatorade. It’s packed full of electrolytes gives you a little sweet treat.”
