Ali Landry's Father-In-Law & Brother-In-Law Found Dead After Being Kidnapped

R.I.P.
This is truly horrible.
A little over two weeks ago, the brother and father of Ali Landry‘s husband, Alejandro G├â┬│mez Monteverde, were kidnapped in Tamaulipas, Mexico.
Sadly, now, it’s being reported that Juan Manuel G├â┬│mez Fern├â┬índez and Juan Manuel G├â┬│mez Monteverde have been killed.
Sources are saying Ali’s in-laws were found dead in Veracruz, Mexico, and their heads had been injured pretty badly. So far, neither she nor her director husband have said anything on the sad subject.

But, on Monday Eduardo Ver├â┬ístegui — who produced Alejandro’s film Little Boy — took to Twitter to extend his sympathies in Spanish. The English translation reads:

“With a heart full of pain and sadness, I ask for prayers for my friend and ‘compadre’ Alejandro Gomez Monteverde and all his family. My deepest condolences to my soul brother, I love you so much ‘compadre,’ I put my heart in your hands and I join you in this deep pain.”

We don’t know too much about the kidnapping, killing, or murder, but the 38-year-old’s brother used to be a business partner at La Perecita, a restaurant that supposedly has drug cartel connections.
We can’t even begin to imagine what this family is going through right now, and our hearts go out to everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.
