Apparently her Perezidential pardon hasn’t gone through yet, LOLz!!
Amanda Bynes — well, her lawyer – officially pled ├óΓé¼┼ônot guilty├óΓé¼┬¥ to misdemeanor DUI charges on Wednesday.
The D.A. will seek a stiff sentence since Bynes refused breathilizers and blood tests which means she could face up to six months in jail.

Amanda is trying to tweet her way out of this mess, but it doesn’t seem to be doing her any good.
She begged @BarackObama for executive leniency on Tuesday, swearing that she doesn’t even drink!!
She offered our Commander-in-Chief no explanation as to why a sober girl would refuse a roadside blood test, however.
Hmmm.
The unraveling actress hits court for pretrial July 18.
