Amanda Bynes has been behaving erratically ever since her arrival in NYC late last week — but two shoplifting accusations in one day has us extra worried for the troubled starlet.
An hour before her Barneys $200 stolen hat debacle, Amanda was reportedly seen trying to swipe a shirt at luxury clothing boutique Pookie & Sebastian!
Before she could run out the door with the garment, sources revealed that staffers became suspicious and decided to call her out for the attempted $Free.99 purchase.
She was, after all, dancing through the store and mumbling about plastic surgery before the retail workers made their risky move!

When the employee asked if she was going to pay for the top, Miz Bynes was heard to have said:
“Do I really have to buy this?”
The answer was OBVI yes, and in a surprising twist of events, the All That actress actually forked over the $128 owed!
Maybe we’re finally buying her Barney’s story that she left her wallet in a nearby car with a driver, and was merely going outside to get it — instead of stealing from the department store!
