Well, less an altercation and more like he tried to stab someone up??
Basically, a drunk patron was told to leave their restaurant, some stuff went down, everyone got upset and Samy was filmed outside with a knife while Amy held him back.
Now, Amy is allegedly saying that the drunk customer was falling down inside their restaurant and was getting belligerent with Samy after being asked to leave.

The drunk apparently got in Samy’s face and started cursing him out, allegedly saying, “you’re a f*cking piece of sh*t, I saw you on that show.”
Samy felt threatened so he grabbed the weapon, which they swear was in fact a pen even though it super looks like a knife.
Witnesses still say it was a knife. Samy allegedly waved it around and called the drunk customer a “c*nt!”
Oh wow. We’ll be innerested to see where this one goes.
