Amy Smart Names Her Winery After A Chimpanzee

Amy Smart and her hunky husband Carter Oosterhouse have decided to open up a vineyard!
They’re following in the footsteps of folks like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie!
So what is the name of this winery??
It’s Bonobo! Her husband explained:

“It’s a chimpanzee. In this crazy society, they have sort of figured out how to get along with each other, and that is pretty nice to see. So there is a lot of similarities that they have with what we sort of embody, they don’t beat each other up, they don’t fight, they sort of live amongst each other really nice.”

Aw! That’s so sweet! What a great idea for a name.
Their winery is located in Traverse City, Michigan, where Carter is originally from and Amy’s parents currently live!
So they wanted their winery to really be special and stand out against nearby vineyards.
Amy said:

“It’s a place for people to come enjoy themselves, relax, [and] we are hoping to make it dog-friendly. So it’s not just a place to come drink wine, though of course the wine will be amazing, but it is also a place for people to come and have a little experience.”

That sounds totes amazeballs!
We wanna go! And we’ll bring Teddy! Sounds good, right? Great! See you there! LOLz!
