OK, this is going to another level now…
On Tuesday, Angelina Jolie‘s lawyers brought a new filing to court alleging that Brad Pitt hasn’t paid ANY ‘meaningful’ child support for the last year and a half during their ongoing divorce proceedings — a HUGE accusation, if proven to be true!!!

In the filing, obtained by NBC News just hours ago, Jolie’s apparently new divorce attorney Samantha Bley DeJean alleges (below):
“[Pitt] has a duty to pay child support. As of present, [Pitt] has paid no meaningful child support since separation. Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children’s expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half, [Jolie] intends to file an RFO [request for court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order.”
The filing here didn’t immediately note what would be “meaningful” child support, and Pitt’s team hasn’t commented on this latest move. However, a source reportedly close to the actor did comment, insisting:
“Brad has fulfilled his commitments.”
Hmmm..
This is a big deal, and another huge step deeper into the contentious, hateful divorce proceeding going down between these two right now.

For now, Jolie’s legal team has asked to appear before a judge to schedule a status conference in the case and address these and other money issues and the couple’s separation, according to media reports.
