What a relief!
According to Us Weekly, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are trying to work out their custody issues to avoid a court battle. The positive news comes on the heels of Angelina filing for sole physical custody last week.

Per the source, the exes are currently hashing out an “agreement” before Pitt files his own divorce petition:
“Lawyers are trying to work out details of the custody agreement. Brad is waiting to file a divorce response until the agreement is in place.”
Hmm… we wonder if Jolie is changing her mind about only awarding the actor joint LEGAL custody. Most sources say the 53-year-old is a good dad despite the plane incident with Maddox!
Speaking of Maddox, an attorney not representing the family revealed the teenager can essentially choose who he wants to live with:
“When a child is 14 or older, they have the right to address the court.”
Interesting! We wonder if the 15-year-old has moved past his scuffle with Brad… the two always seemed close before!
As for how the negotiations will likely turn out, we suspect things will go in Angie’s favor considering People Magazine claims she JUST hired crisis manager Judy Smith. For those that don’t know, Judy was the inspiration for f*cking OLIVIA POPE.
A confidante said of the smart hire:
“Judy has been asked to consult with those working with Angelina on divorce negotiations. Judy and her firm have a long history of handling issues that have unfortunately garnered too much attention in the public eye, and she knows how to push towards resolutions that are swift and discreet.”
Damn! Ms. Jolie does NOT play when it comes to her kids!
