Could Angelina Jolie pivot into politics? She hasn’t ruled it out!
While appearing as a guest editor on BBC Radio 4’s Today show Friday, the Maleficent 2 star hinted that it’s possible she could run for office one day — if that’s where the world needs her to be.

When host Justin Webb asked the actress, who is currently working for the UN’s refugee agency, if she was “moving in a direction of politics,” Angie replied:
“If you asked me 20 years ago I would’ve laughed. I really don’t know. I always say I’ll go where I’m needed.”
Though the 43-year-old wasn’t sure she was “fit” for the political arena, she admitted it would be hard for opponents to drag her down:
“I don’t know if I’m fit for politics … but then I’ve also joked that I don’t know if I have a skeleton left in my closet.”
Angie then added that she “can take a lot on the chin” — which many took as a not-so-thinly veiled dig at her heated divorce from Brad Pitt.
Whether it’s acting, directing, or beyond, the mother of six explained she will go wherever she’s needed — like Batman, or a State Farm agent:
“So I’m pretty open and out there. But I honestly will do whatever I think can really make change.”
Where do U think the wind will take Angie next?
