Another Griswold Vacay For National Lampoon

National Lampoon is reviving the Vacation franchise with a new movie. Rejoice Chevy Chase! More work for you!
The new storyline will find the famous Griswold family in a new era, with son Rusty all grown up with a family of his own to take on a trip. Studio New Line Cinema is in talks with writers starting this week, and there is reportedly an open door for both Chevy and Beverly D’Angelo, who played Chevy’s on-screen wife, to return.
We can already tell this is going to suck and it hasn’t even been written yet. But at least it is an attempt at creating an original movie, not just another remake
