Jail isn’t stopping Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Apollo Nida from speaking out!
Nida, who was sentenced to eight years for bank fraud and identity theft, spoke with In Touch Weekly on Wednesday about his plans for life after jail and the status of his relationship with Phaedra Parks.

Ooh, juicy!
Apollo revealed:
“I’m not the best husband…I know I let a lot of people down. But I can say that Phaedra is the best wife and mom and that my children are in good hands with her.”
Ugh, we’re so happy to hear that the 36-year-old is finally giving credit where credit is due!
Nida also expressed his desire to “stick things out” with his wife, a dim hope considering Phaedra’s attorney revealed that their divorce is moving ahead as planned.
As for his future post-jail?
The reality star confessed:
“When I get out, it’s pedal to the metal. I want to be a motivational speaker and stay on the right side of the law. At this point, I don’t care about anything else except getting my life back on track. I know for a fact that when I get home, I will pick up the pieces.”
Well, we hope Apollo is sincere about staying on the right track this time around — his kids, Ayden and Dylan, deserve a stable father in their lives.
