Eminem Vs. iTunes

Eminem‘s music publisher of Eight Mile Style LLC is demanding Apple pay more than $2 million in a settlement over iTunes downloads.
Eight Mile Style and Apple reached a settlement a year ago, but it has grown to over $2.2 million, which includes attorney fees. The lawsuit decided whether a record deal between Aftermath Records and an Eminem representative gave copyright licenses to his songs that allowed digital downloads through the iTunes store.
