Art Modell, most famous for moving the Cleveland Browns and turning them into the Baltimore Ravens (something that didn’t sit well with fans) has just passed away.
At 87 years old, Art was a legend in the NFL community, and had been admitted to Johns Hopkins on Wednesday.
He sold the Ravens in 2004, but still retained a 1% ownership — and will be missed by many.
No word yet on the cause of his passing.
