Phew! Ashley Tisdale can finally rest easy!
The actress was granted a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker, Nicholas Fiore, earlier today. Ashley went directly to an LA courtroom this morning and pleaded with the judge herself!
Ashley informed the judge that Nicholas had violated the temporary restraining order granted to her last week after continuing to send her tweets.
According to the new one, Nicholas must stay at least 100 yards away from Ashley and her boyfriend for the next three years.
He is currently in custody at L.A. Men’s Central Jail for felony stalking.
Glad Ashley’s safe!!
