His secret?? Working out, duh!
But not just any workout… he does Jiu-Jitsu!
Ashton was spotted leaving his gym after some early morning training in the martial art.
We can tell because he’s wearing flip flops and carrying his traditional Gi with him.
He def wasn’t gonna wear his Gi out to his car, so he made sure to pack some cool guy clothes.
He was looking super grunge in his faded jeans, plaid shirt and signature trucker hat.
We bet he looks even better underneath his clothes from all that Jiu-Jitsu!! LOLz!
