Asia Argento is reflecting on happier times with Anthony Bourdain.
The Italian actress shared a new photo of herself with her late boyfriend on Thursday, taken just a little over a week before he died by suicide.

The pic (above), taken May 27, shows the two goofing off in a red convertible; Asia is behind the wheel while the Parts Unknown host smirks holding a green umbrella over them.
Asia captioned the snap with a profound poem from Dante‘s epic Divine Comedy, which translates to:
“There is no greater sorrow than to be mindful of the happy time in misery, and that thy Teacher knows. But, if to recognize the earliest root of love in us thou hast so great desire, I will do even as he who weeps and speaks.”
As we reported, the actress recently revealed she had no idea Bourdain had an “obsession” with suicide.
She’s gotten pretty dark on Instagram since his death, so it’s good to see Asia share a lighter post.
