Asia Argento Is Taking Rose McGowan To Court!

Asia Argento is making good on Monday’s Twitter threat to sue former friend and #MeToo ally Rose McGowan for the “horrendous lies” she made in an August 27 statement.

The Citizen Rose starlet has yet to respond to comment on the controversy, aside from adding “I believe in justice,” on Twitter after her statement was published in the Hollywood Reporter:

“Asia you were my friend. I loved you. You’ve spent and risked a lot to stand with the MeToo movement. I really hope you find your way through this process to rehabilitation and betterment. Anyone can be be better — I hope you can be, too. Do the right thing. Be honest. Be fair. Let justice stay its course. Be the person you wish Harvey could have been.”

Looks like Asia believes in justice too, and isn’t holding back on taking legal action!

While it’s unclear what part of Rose’s statement Asia finds libelous, it seems this drama isn’t boiling down any time soon!
