Looks like bad blood is still brewing between Asia Argento and Rose McGowan!
The two have both been powerful activists in the #MeToo movement, both making sexual misconduct claims against former-Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, so when the allegations came out against Asia herself, a lot of people expressed their frustration, including former allies.
Just one month after making her claims against Weinstein, it was revealed the Italian actress arranged a financial settlement with her own sexual assault accuser, Jimmy Bennett, who was 17 at the time of the alleged assault.

Rose made a statement, published in The Hollywood Reporter on August 27 regarding Asia’s ongoing controversy with Jimmy, where she revealed that her partner, model Rain Dove, had knowledge that Asia sent Jimmy nude photos when he was only 12.
“Asia you were my friend. I loved you. You’ve spent and risked a lot to stand with the MeToo movement. I really hope you find your way through this process to rehabilitation and betterment. Anyone can be be better — I hope you can be, too. Do the right thing. Be honest. Be fair. Let justice stay its course. Be the person you wish Harvey could have been.”
Rose has yet to formally comment on her statement, but added “I believe in justice,” on Twitter.
Following the Charmed star’s statement about her onetime friend, Asia has come out on Monday with a statement of her own, and she’s prepared for legal action.
