Audrey’s Clothes To Hit The Auction Block!

There are a lot of luxe auctions going on these days. First, we heard about the upcoming Yves Saint Laurent auction.

Now, another fashion icon’s possessions are being auctioned off!

Items from the personal wardrobe of none other than Miz Audrey Hepburn are to be auctioned off at Sotheby’s New York November 21-22, in London at the Kerry Taylor Auctions on December 8th, and then again at Sotheby’s Paris December 1-2.

Among the items to be auctioned are the iconic Givenchy gown Audrey wore in Paris When It Sizzles, the Chantilly lace cocktail gown she wore in How To Steal A Million, and the ivory bridal gown Audrey had made for her proposed wedding to James Hanson.

Another cool item that is hitting the auction block is a series of letters Audrey wrote describing her wedding plans, a film break, and the time she spent working on Roman Holiday.

But, you better have deep pockets if you want to get in on the action; the items are expected to go for thousands and thousands of dollars!
