The Warsaw Zoo is celebrating the newest addition to the anteater fam as he is the fourth little one to come from the zoo’s mating pair.
Giant anteaters are born blind so they get to ride on mama’s back. This not only provides easy and fun transportation, but also excellent camouflage.
But, this kiddie won’t be a mama’s boy for long. After 10 months, giant anteaters are fully independent.
